Grilled Dolly fish with nested potatoes
- 2 Dolly Fish Fillets
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Straw mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Chopped Garlic and onion
- White sauce Pregos
- Marinate the fish with salt, grounded black pepper and little bit of olive oil. Sometime I put the rosemary flake and squeeze the lime juice to reduce the smell of fish.
- Pour the oil to pan, Warming in medium temperature. Put the fillert on the pan. waiting untill cook well
- Serve the fillet on plates. put the garlic and onion on pan, fry untill onion and garlic go gold brown. then put the Pregos sauce into the pan. you can reduce the rich of cream by increase fish stock. Seasoning again with blackpepper.
